OUR MISSION

Hope At Hand is a 501©3 nonprofit organization that provides art and poetry sessions to vulnerable and at-risk youth populations. Using creativity, language, art and therapeutic approaches, we facilitate healing and personal growth for children and adolescents.

TEAM HOPE

From certified Poetry Therapist, to teachers, counselors, administrative staff and interns, Team Hope is able to provide enriching services across the Tri-county area of Northeast Florida. It takes a village of talented professionals with incredibly loving hearts to make Hope at Hand a success.

GIVE HOPE

Thanks to the generous donations from many community organizations and individuals, Hope at Hand was able to serve 8801 youth in 2018.
